Job Description

We are seeking a Spanish Native Salesman/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales online and providing customer service to Spanish-speaking customers. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and customer service, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Generating sales by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities online and via phone/email.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
• Providing customer service to Spanish-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone.
• Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Managing customer accounts and processing orders.
• Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and staying informed on industry trends.
• Providing regular reports on sales and customer service performance.

Requirements:

• Native Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with technology and proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft
• Office, and online sales platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
