Social & Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Grow awareness and image of the company through handling and optimization of social media and digital activities
  • Create a digital marketing strategy for the brand across tier 1 territories and implement and manage the plan
  • Establish and execute digital activities to ensure ebusiness goals and KPI’s are reached within social media and digital
  • Some maintenance of the website
  • Work very closely with our social media agency based in Austria on daily operations and content across all social media platforms mainly for the German, Austrian and Italian markets
  • Manage the content and strategy for the Italian market solely. The agency currently manages much of the German and Austrian social platforms
  • Have a good level of knowledge of SEO optimization
  • Execute weekly and monthly reporting
  • Well-practised in eCommerce, SEO, PPC, CRM, Email marketing and Social Media advertising like (Facebook ,Instagram mainly)
  • Optimize email marketing
  • Reporting & analysis, starting with a data pull from Google Analytics and other tools work with the marketing team to understand performance KPIs, industry trends and shifts to help inform the strategic direction of upcoming activity. Also make use of Hootsuite as our social listening tools and data visualisation to showcase search trends & assist with the implementation of SEO, PPC and AdWords campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Relevant Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience of 4 years+ as a Social Media Expert and Digital Marketing Manager
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian market, fluent Italian speaker and writer
  • Knowledge in Google Adwords and SEO/SEM
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Structured and very well organised along with demonstrated ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian
  • A degree in digital marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience leading digital marketing for a brand preferably in Igaming
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
