Full-Time Sales Development Representative

Job Description

Aqubix is looking for a Sales Development Representative, to join their ever-growing team. Aqubix offer both remote-working and flexi-time.
The Sales Development Representative, will form part of the Sales Team that is in charge of promoting, selling, marketing as well as prospecting new leads for the flagship software product KYC Portal CLM.
The ideal candidate would have experience in sales and marketing, and would need to be knowledgeable with the following main responsibilities:
Research and Strategy
• Executing a lead / demand generation strategy
• Work closely with BDM to implement growth strategies
• Conducting market research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
• Preparing client/sector/practice overviews to support client meetings
Prospecting
• Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads
• Research, track, maintain and update leads
• Demoing the actual product to leads on an ongoing basis (online or in person)
• Attending conferences and sales trips to generate leads. (Please note that this will require travelling to various countries)
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
The ideal candidate should have most of the following skills, experience and attributes:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales an marketing post
• Ability to conduct and lead meetings with clients
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Organisational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Independent, organised and attentive to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must
• At least an Advanced Level of education
• Certification in Digital Marketing would be considered an asset
