Payroll Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Managing the payroll process of a diversified portfolio of companies
  • Preparation and submission of FSS forms, engagement & termination forms, and SCC forms
  • Assisting clients with payroll related queries and resolving any discrepancies
  • Generally handling the payroll process from start to finish for the Company’s clients as part of its Payroll Team.

 

Requirements

 

  • 1 year minimum previous experience in a similar role;
  • ‘A’ level standard of education;
  • Be meticulous and have attention to detail;
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills;
  • Be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
