Looking for an exciting new opportunity as a Paralegal? Look no further than our firm in Malta! We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team and assist our attorneys with a variety of legal tasks.

As a Paralegal with our firm, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of legal matters, including contract drafting, legal research, and client communication. You’ll work closely with our attorneys to provide high-quality legal services to our clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Assisting clients with queries related to corporate matters
Timely submission of any statutory filings and legal obligations
Handle and assist in the formation, dissolution and restructuring of legal structures
Drafting and reviewing of corporate governance documents
Drafting and reviewing of contracts in accordance with clients’ needs
Conduct legal research in accordance of clients’ needs
Liaise with various authorities and professional services firms to support clients in their operations
Assist with documentations related to commercial transactions, including those related to the sale and acquisition
of vessels and aircrafts
Advise on and administer crew and employment matters
Provide support to the Legal Department as necessary
Other related duties as required.
Requirements :
Degree in Law
Prior legal experience will be considered an asset however not required as full training will be provided
Be capable of working independently, as well as in a team
High attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines and possess a pro-active approach
Responsible to keep up-to-date with developments in local legislation and regulations including AML/CFT
requirements.
