Job Description

Our client is a reputable consultancy firm based in Malta, offering boutique advisory and tax services to a diverse clientele. They are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Executive to join their EU Advisory team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of projects, including EU funded projects, drafting project applications, carrying out research work, report writing, liaising with clients, and handling day-to-day duties required for the smooth running of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the implementation of projects, including EU funded projects
• Draft project applications for EU Funding programmes
• Carry out necessary research work
• Report writing
• Liaison with clients
• Handling day-to-day duties required for the smooth running of the company

Requirements:

• Honours degree at MQF Level 6 or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Public Administration, or other related area
• Positive can-do attitude; good team-player; driven
• Good communicator with excellent report writing skills in English
• Focused and attentive to detail
• Possessing good organizational skills, able to prioritize
• Experience working within a similar role, managing EU Funded projects will be considered an asset

This position is open to candidates from different sectors, not necessarily from EU funding programs; focus will be on what responsibilities were conducted within their position
