Job Description

As an Esports Marketing Manager, you’ll work with the Esports team to identify trends, changes in weekly, and monthly performance and deliver this data in a digestible fashion to inform business decisions. Lead on the initiatives in the influencer marketing space to build a network of brand ambassadors across multiple strategic regions.

You will have experience in the gaming industry to understand the functions of each department and its objectives to work for mutual goals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, establish relations with prominent influencers and on-board them to our client’s network. Continue to manage relationships to ensure quality and deliverables are met.
• Own the data for the esports department, of players preferred options, financial and product led data.
• Produce weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports to assist with decision making and identification of trends and customer changes.
• Review lifetime value of existing and new deposited players to optimise channel performance and identify new segments to target
• Have excellent commercial skills in order to negotiate rates and incentives to advance business goals.
• Create engaging campaigns which match our client’s brand ethos and the influencers audience to ensure authentic connection with players.
• Using insights to help us better understand customer, market and behavioural dynamics.
• Produce marketing communications which players will engage with across multiple esports titles.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Social and Content teams to meet business objectives and create excitement around the our client’s brand.

Competencies, Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in the sports betting domain.
• 1+ year of marketing experience.
• Preferred experience in business analysis and/or data lead marketing
• Preferred experience in the esports industry to understand players, tournaments and important calendar events.
• Experience in creating requirements documents and other BI tools.
• A thorough understanding of project management, change management, business process management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven business analysis experience, delivering campaigns, experience with within iGaming/ Sport betting/ Online Gambling Industry
