Customer Support Officer – Turkish Speaking

Job Description

Blackberry LTD specialises in customer support services and has various exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

What we are looking for?

The Service Provider team member will assist stakeholders in making correct use of our products and to increase customer retention. Solution service will be provided via Live-Chat, email and phone.

Essential duties:

(1) Cooperate with support service team leader and provide feedback to team leader, traders and support team.

(2) Help to solve customer queries without ticket escalation and increase customer satisfaction.

 (3) Creating monthly KPI report according to customer support agents’ performance

(4) Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Required Skills:

Fluent in both English and Turkish language, both written and spoken.

Experience in customer service
