Corporate sales manager

Job Description

Hilton Malta is seeking to recruit a Corporate Sales Manager, to handle specifically the Corporate Business Travel segment. The selected candidate will form part of an existing team and will analyse local market trends and competitor activity in order to recommend strategies that will keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.

 

As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will:

  • Form part of the Hotel’s Management Team
  • Develop relationships with customer accounts within the local area to drive business into the hotel and increase market share in all revenue streams
  • Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients
  • Work closely with the commercial team to develop, implement and execute creative marketing and sales actions and activities using various channels, including social media channels
  • Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
  • Work within current business strategies and recognising potential opportunities
  • Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the business
  • Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner

  • In depth knowledge of the local corporate market

  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
  • Extensive experience in a sales role with a proven track record to close a sale
