Our client is a global Corporate Service Provider and are currently growing their CRO team through the hiring of a
Client Relationship Officer. Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, you will be tasked with servicing a fast
growing portfolio of international clients.
Main responsibilities:
Assist the Client Relationship Manager with client duties, promotional activities, follow ups on client meetings,
team meetings, and other adhoc duties
Liaise with clients, client representatives, client employees and their suppliers and other external support persons
Receive, review and process client instructions on a daily basis, including daily payments and vetting of invoices.
Assist with the opening, closing and operation of client bank accounts, along with the obtaining of credit cards and
top-ups as required.
Liaise with banks as required, providing them with the required supporting documents on transactions executed
Monitor bank accounts and obtain due diligence on incoming funds
Assist the Compliance Department with transaction monitoring
Additional adhoc duties as required
Requirements :
At least 2 years relevant experience within a CSP or similar organisations
Minimum Advanced Level of Education and relevant courses on applicable Maltese legislation
Hands-on approach with a positive attitude
Good communication skills, team player attitude and ability to think outside the box
Responsible to keep up-to-date with local legislations and regulations related to compliance and AML/CFT
