Our client is a stable iGaming company operating since 2006 across the globe, now looking for an Accountant for the office in Malta
The Accountant will be responsible for processing and preparing financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc. The Accountant will also perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the Finance Team Lead and help oversee and manage individual accounts.

The Accountant will be responsible for:

• Maintaining financial records including posting of supplier invoices and payments, recording accruals and prepayments.
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other applicable accounting documents or records,
• Ensuring appropriate level of authorization and reviewing purchase orders,
• Verifying suppliers’ and service providers’ accounts by reconciling statements and related transactions,
• Maintaining regular communication with our suppliers and service providers,
• Preparing AR commentary on a monthly basis,
• Preparing IS and BS reconciliations for month-end and year-end purposes,
• Assisting the team with statutory audit, SOX audit and internal audit requests,
• Assisting with inter-company recharges,
• Assisting in other ad hoc finance tasks as requested by the Finance Team
