Telesales Manager

The perfect candidate will be some that meets challenges with energy, doesn’t let obstacles get in the way of improvement and makes the sales team strive to surpass previously set goals. The Telesales Manager should be someone that is driven by his/her team’s success and relishes on the responsibility to work together and to bring the best out of your team members.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a small team, will be making telesales calls as well as regularly leading, coaching and training the sales team. As the Telesales Manager increases revenue for the company, he/she will be responsible for sourcing a more numerous and stronger sales team which can work well together with the Brands, CRM and VIP teams. Part of the responsibilities will also be managing the team’s KPIs, ensuring that they are reached and supporting the team members when needed. It is also expected that the Telesales Manager continuously motivates the team members in order to reach the sales’ targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

The selected person will also be responsible for reporting on sales’ numbers, follow up on results with all relevant stakeholders on a regular basis, working closely with other teams in order to guarantee a smooth experience to the company’s customers at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage flows and lists for the sales agents effectively and efficiently, in order to optimise their time for maximum sales opportunities
  • Lead, coach and train the sales team, providing them with tools and strong processes in order to maximize their sales results
  • Manage the sales team KPIs, ensure that they are reached and support the team when needed
  • Motivate and inspire the team to reach sales targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis by providing and creating a supportive and high-energy environment
  • Make telesales calls in order to reach set goals and targets
  • Elaborate reports on sales and finances in order to get a whole picture of results as to assess performance and profitability
  • Collaborate with other teams (Customer Support. CRM, Brand) to guarantee a smooth experience to customers at all times
  • Continuously optimize the Sales’ process

Requirments:

  • 2+ years executive experience in telesales
  • Native or extremely fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish
  • Sales Driven
  • Self-starter attitude
  • Experience in team management
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience and comfortable with Excel
  • CRM experience (is a huge plus)
  • Creative, resourceful, and highly organized
  • Knowledge of the online gambling operations (is a huge plus)
