Do You Have What It Takes To Be The Social Media Manager?Are you a Social Media Champion? A well-known global online Casino operator would like a Social Media Manager with real talent to join their team in Malta to develop, implement and optimize their social media strategy. You will be responsible for their brand development, the customer acquisition/growth strategy, promotions and competitions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within the Casino or Sports Betting industry. You will also be required to travel frequently to their UK office.

-Maintain and enhance the brand reputation across all social channels;

-Content management, including management of a social hub/ platform;

-Social community Ambassador within the Company’s social space;

-Compliance to all regulatory, ASA, CAP & jurisdictional codes of practice at all times;

-Identify means for improving social content, reach, engagement and participation;

-Increase the follower crowd of social channels incrementally and rapidly through the delivery and management of a top tier social gaming presence in sports & casino;

-Create and schedule a regular and constantly fresh publishing output for all social platforms;

-Measure & report on performance of all social channels and campaigns and optimize constantly against targets (ROI and KPIs);

-Be responsible for the generation of content that is not only entertaining and engaging but also in the right tone of voice and compliant with any and all regulatory and communications guidelines;

-Work with retail, marketing and operations teams to implement a regularly updated content calendar and plan specific, timely social marketing campaigns around key sports events and casino game launches;

-Work with digital media team and agencies to integrate social content with digital advertising campaigns;

-Work closely with SEO Manager to generate optimised copy and briefs for PR & social infographics;

-Manage the social media budget line & deliver weekly reporting against challenging but achievable KPIs;

-Proactively advise the management team on future strategy and opportunities related to content and social media.
