Job Description


A management firm specializing in vacation apartment rentals in Paris and London, interior architecture and design is looking for an assistant to help manage our reservations and daily communications with our international clientele.


Office located in a new beautiful building complex in Saint Julian’s.

This is an excellent job opportunity for those looking to get some international business and office experience with a dynamic company.



– Processes reservations from various booking websites in the central reservations system

– Creates and maintains reservation records

– Prepares emails of confirmation.

– Communicates reservation information to the teams on-site

– Processes and monitors payments and deposits

– Handles daily correspondence by phone and email. Responds to inquires as needed

– Makes sure that files are kept up to date.

– Promotes goodwill by beings courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, mangers, and fellow employees.

– Makes arrangements for clients’ arrivals

– Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management

– Opens and closes the availability when required of flats on all advertising channels

– Configures rates on the property management system and other websites


Languages: Fluent English required, other skills welcome

Education: minimum high school graduate + 2

Experience: Previous office or administrative experience preferable.

Flexibility: Working hours will very in accordance to shift schedule. Must be available to work weekends (days off will be during the week)

Technical: Proficiency with Mac, Gmail and the Microsoft Office Suite

Other skills: strong communication and teamwork skills, willingness to accept responsibility, autonomous, high attention to detail and problem solving skills

MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE EU (non-EU need not apply)    

Salary starting at 1100€ per month.

Working hours: 9:00-18:00 OR 12:00-21:00
