QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our Client is a medical device manufacturing company for class I and II devices looking to hire a Quality Assurance to add technical depth to their team. This position reports to Director of Quality, Medical Device. Our client is part of an International group, you will be working in a dynamic international environment.

Your profile:

  • We seek candidates with knowledge in medical devices, MDD/MDR, clinical evaluations, ISO 13485:2016 quality systems, CE marking technical regulations, internal audits, training, quality control (microbiology), Experience in aseptic processing or production of sterile in pharmaceutical industry or hospital pharmacy;
  • English language-knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.
  • Management-knowledge of the business and management principles involved in strategic planning, production methods, and coordination of people and resources;
  • Chemistry-knowledge of the chemical composition, structure and properties of substances and chemical processes and transformations that undergo. This includes the uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques and methods of elimination;
  • Production and processing-knowledge of raw materials, production processes quality control.
  • Education and training – give internal training, teach and educate individuals and/or groups, and measure the effects of training;
  • Law and government-knowledge of the laws.

Desired skills:

  • Critical thinking-use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems;
  • Reading comprehension-written comprehension of phrases and paragraphs in work-related documents;
  • Writing and Orality-effective, written and oral communication, as appropriate for people’s needs;
  • Solving complex problems-identifying complex problems and reviewing information related to developing and evaluating options and implementing solutions;
  • Active learning-Understanding the implications of new information, both for the resolution of current and future problems and decision-making;
  • Monitoring-monitoring/evaluating the performance of oneself, of other individuals or organizations to make improvements or implement corrective actions;
  • Systems analysis – Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations and environment will affect results;
  • Evaluation systems-identify measures or indicators of performance of the system and the actions necessary to improve and/or correct performance in relation to the objectives of the system;
  • Coordination-adjust actions in relation to the actions of others;
  • Operation Monitoring – Observe gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure that a machine is working properly.
