Our client is a leading importer and distributor of computer software and solutions

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Delivering and collecting vehicles from clients and run the office admin work;
  • Greeting customers and provide information about our services;
  • Assist and handle clients’ and prospective clients’ queries, via telephone or email;
  • Handling cash and issuing invoices;
  • Any other tasks that may arise, assigned by the manager.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in a office environment.

Personal Skills

  • Must have a clean and valid driving licence;
  • Be Customer Oriented;
  • Be Computer Literate;
  • Be Highly organised;
  • Have an O Level standard of education;
  • Have good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Maltese;
  • Be Flexible with their work schedule, to meet the needs of the business.
