Office Clerk

Job Description

Pincott Security is seeking to recruit a full time Office Clerk who will assist with the general day to day administrative duties of the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
  • Assisting customers with billing queries
  • Contacting debtors for payment
  • Coordinating overseas shipments
  • Facilitating local and foreign purchase orders
  • Greeting clients
  • Invoicing
  • Preparing outgoing payments
  • Providing administrative support including, filing, postage and correspondence

Skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Hard working
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Focused and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience in a similar role

Experience with Sage Accounting or any other accounting software will be considered an asset.
