Office Administrator & Phone Operator

Job Description

If you have strong communication and customer skills, we are looking to recruit Office Administrator/Phone Operator for one of our clients in Malta. The selected candidate will be required to answer incoming calls from customers that want to report a fault, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer problems, and provide general information. What is excepted of you?

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
  • Assist after sales Executive in quotes
  • Management and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate issues to technical coordinator
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Input all call information on Epicor according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Upsell products and services
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Taking care of on call roster and follow up call agent reports
  • Help maintain information to ensure service calls are completed and billed accurately.
  • Maintain and promote a positive attitude toward customers and fellow employees regardless of the circumstances.
  • File and scan documents where is required
  • Other duties as assigned

What are you excepted to bring?

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
