Corporate Administrator

Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • Performing general corporate administration duties and assisting with corporate, legal and financial compliance matters;
  • Liaising with the Malta Financial Services Authority and any other authorities as required;
  • Performing KYC and due diligence checks, and updating clients’ files;
  • Cultivating relationships with the company’s clients and business associates.
Experience:
  • Training and/or previous experience in office administration and/or corporate administration
  • Previous experience in a financial services or legal environment will be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and computer software;

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Fluency in other languages will be considered an asset;
  • The ability to work on his/her own initiative and in a team
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • An eye for detail and accuracy.​
