Job Description


The Role:

  • Own, initiate and execute the Reactivation Strategy for our casino brands, covering both low and high value players (KPIs measured on: number of reactivated players (and % of those who have made a bet/deposited), % of players making 2nd deposit after reactivation, reactivation revenue, deposits and average days, etc)
  • Utilise our different product offering to implement a detailed Sports-Casino/Casino-
  • Sports Cross Marketing Strategy with a view to increase player value (KPIs measured on: % of players playing multiple products, average deposit amount of Cross-product players, etc) and performing towards a Sports-Casino XSell target
  • Own, initiate and execute the Casino Cross Marketing Strategy with a view to increase player value by increasing play on multi-brands and multi-platforms (KPIs measured on: number of FTDs from cross-brand activity, average FTD amount of Cross-brand players, % of players who play on multiple platforms, brands and their player value, etc)
  • Be fully responsible for the implementation of all marketing activity involved in your segments. This includes planning, creating, executing (working closely with the Business Operations team), review and optimisation
  • Work closely with the Marketing Communications team to create enticing marketing material to attract customers back and/or introduce them to our varied offering
  • Ensure all communications meet quality standards and adhere to both Legislation and Brand Guidelines
  • Focus on player profitability and implementation of this metric across all bonus related decision making
  • Define and implement innovative value propositions built upon customer and competitor insights to drive the success of your segment
  • Monitor the user experience for continuous optimisation
  • Review Key Performance Indicators of your campaigns on a weekly/monthly basis and be able to present to the business
  • Work closely with the Analytics team to establish an efficient reporting system to evaluate success factors of your marketing strategy and ways to optimise


  • A degree or equivalent in a Marketing discipline is preferred
  • Proven online experience and a strong understanding of customer experience and segmenting data
  • Considerable knowledge on the full player lifecycle to know when and how to target players, with cross-marketing experience being an advantage
  • Proven ability to manage and change multiple priorities within a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Highly diligent & creative, with excellent attention to detail, Innovative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work across teams (both internal and 3rd party) and manage multiple projects, ability to interpret data and analyse campaigns, Strong Team player
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic to learn, Customer-focused
