Assistix Associates is an international consultancy firm with representation offices in  that in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

The Role 
The role covers marketing and supporting the customer mainly for Turkish speaking markets within the Eurozone.

  • Analyse and follow trends in the industry to help prioritise investments.
  • Develop, deliver and analyse integrated marketing for the Turkish market industry.
  • Develop and execute business unit marketing plans that include specific marketing objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training of new and existing marketing programs.
  • Prepare and execute strategic plans entering new markets within vision and strategic targets of the company.
  • Prepare marketing plan for existing markets on monthly,quarterly and annual basis with description of costs.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns in accordance with marketing plan of the company.
  • Cover  given region and support all of our current client base within the region.

Skills and Attributes 

  • Field related work experience of 1-3 years or actively studying towards a Masters degree in a related field (Business/Marketing preferred)
  • Knowledge of Turkish is a must
  • Working proficiency in English language
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding written and oral communication, including strong executive presence and ability to work effectively with senior management and cross functional teams
  • International mindset
  • High degree of curiosity and optimism, with an eye for possibilities that will drive the business forward
