Function

  • Communicate claims decisions clearly
  • Prepare reports related to claim administration
  • Process claim transactions within the required benchmarks and authority limit

Requirements

  • Well organized
  • Capable of meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Commitment to CII Studies is desirable
  • 1-year experience will be considered an asset
