Job Description


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic team with a reputable insurance in Malta.


Our client is a respected leader in the Insurance sector. The core service of the company is providing insurance intermediary and management solutions to commercial and industrial clients.


  • Responsible for the HR function and general office administration
  • Performing a variety of clerical and basic accounting duties
  • Maintaining the Time and Attendance function and liaising with the Payroll Officer
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Finance Department
  • Handling of Health and Safety issues
  • Other general administration duties


  • Some experience in an administrative role
  • Basic knowledge of book-keeping
  • Above average level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
  • Attention to detail, team mentality, and a positive attitude
  • Professional presentation
