Job Description


We are looking for an HR Clerk on a part-time basis for our client in Transport and Logistics. In this role, you will be expected to assist the Human Resources Department with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative duties
  • Assist employees with filling the documents and maintain employee’s files
  • Prepare and submit documents
  • Provide and keep track of the uniforms
  • Assist with calendar and bookings
  • Data input and maintain the database up-to-date
  • Other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Maltese and English with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Minimum O’level of education
  • ECDL
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Detail oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Be flexible
