Job Description


 Supporting German speaking customers.
 You will become an important contact person when handling all inquiries in a professional manner from German customers via telephone, e-mail and live support.
 Maintaining high customer service standards is of the upmost priority.
 Due to the various tasks, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge of the product range and marketing activities.
 In this diverse role you will also be an essential point of reference, both internally and externally. Further tasks will include translating (for example newsletters or texts for our website).

Requirements / Your personality:
 Completed secondary education
 At least two years customer service experience (e.g. call centre, helpdesk, etc.)
 Excellent knowledge of German (written and spoken)
 Very good knowledge of English
 Willing to work evening and night shifts
 Advanced customer service skills
 Excellent communication and team skills
 Open, positive and empathetic personality
 General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
