Job Description



Our Client is currently looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join their expanding marketing team.
The ideal candidate for this job will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

  • Responsible for revenue growth across each site and optimising customer’s online experience to drive conversion and spend.
  • To define, lead and manage the eCommerce and digital marketing outputs across the brand’s various digital touch-points.
  • Recommend, implement and test new development and ongoing site functionality in accordance with eCommerce strategy and commercials to maximise the customer experience for the brands.
  • In partnership with the brand management and sales team drive digital customer acquisition, social media strategy, data capture and ultimately sales conversion. As well as maintaining a solid retention strategy, ensuring maximum traffic and retention of customers to is supported online.
  • Drive the strategy for Acquisition, Retention and Re-affiliation aligned with the brand managers and overall company objectives.
  • Regular website auditing to ensure full functionality
  • Manage website content and ensuring regular updates of product offerings.
  • Advocate best practices and research new industry trends/opportunities for increase website sales and other digital efforts.
  • Analysing specific campaigns to aid enhancement including re targeting across social and web traffic


  • Be the guardian of brand reputation and presentation online, ensuring the way we present ourselves direct or indirectly is in accordance with brand guidelines, liaising with brand management to ensure Global brand guidelines and visual standards are being adhered to.
  • Lead growth and development of all digital channels and in conjunction with brand management to define – email, CRM, paid search, SEO, affiliates, partnerships, advertising, promotions, social media and display activity.
  • Regular reporting on web KPI’s to management and marketing team including sales and performance against current budget.


  • Strong E-Commerce Marketing background.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, ultra-positive, ethical & ambitious with a will to succeed
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
