Job Description


Responsibilities
  • Provide world class services – customer service
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Analyzing customer needs, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problems
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and actions taken
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

  • Dutch native level, verbal and written
  • English high level, verbal and written
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Computer skills – first level of support
  • Soft skills: customer-focused mindset, listening, phone skills, verbal and written communication, building relationships, problem solving, multi-tasking
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 8,00am to 8,00pm and  +/- 1 Saturday per month from 09.00 – 18.00 – you get one compensation day that same week.
