Job Description


Our client is looking for a new CRM Planning Executive who will be responsible for the planning, creation and execution of campaigns.

The CRM Planning Executive has the responsibility to strengthen customer relations and increase the relation between the brand and the customers through the planning and development of innovative and out of the box retention and reactivation campaigns for the brand’s Casino and Sportsbook.

Planning the weekly/monthly communications schedule for emails, SMS, push, and on-site communication will also be part of the responsibilities of the selected candidate, which will do these to support the planned campaigns. The CRM Planning Executive will also be collaboration with key stakeholders (Product Owners, Country Managers, Business Intelligence, VIP and Support) in order to optimize campaigns and guarantee maximum revenue outcome.


  • Plan global retention and reactivation campaigns
  • Set the communication schedule for the brand (goal: maximising revenue)
  • Brief detailed campaign plans
  • Coordinate with relevant teams
  • Communicate, debrief and answer queries regarding campaigns
  • Collaborate with Country Managers in order to optimize and localise campaigns
  • Provide the Business Intelligence (BI) team with raw data from previous campaigns to retrieve in-depth campaign analysis
  • Evaluate previous campaigns in collaboration with the BI team to make improvements and optimise campaigns
  • Continuously assess customer behaviour (activity, deposits, offer uptake and more)
  • Act quickly to come up with ad hoc solutions if needed
  • Work autonomously with a solution oriented mindset
  • Being on-call whenever issues arise with live campaigns guaranteeing minimal disruption for customers (including during the weekends)


  • Native level of either Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or German
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience segmenting data
  • Excellent attention to detail during hectic times
  • Driven when working in a busy environment
  • Love for sports – you play, watch and follow a wide range of sports
  • Experience with the gaming industry
  • Good understanding of what players want from a gaming site (mainly sportsbook players)
  • Experience working with customer retention and reactivation
  • Innovative mind
  • Thrives at inventing and testing new offers and campaign ideas
