 CRM Manager

DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for a CRM Manager to undertake the increasing demand for improving internal campaigns.
The CRM Manager will be part of the whole process, from campaigns’ planning to tracking their evolution as well as will continuously work with stakeholders to make an improvement on the campaigns in terms of target, communication, conversion rate, offers, etc.
He/She will have a central role within the team and will collaborate with the team responsible for the campaign, product and country managers in order to assure that all campaigns perform at their best performance.
The CRM Manager will also take responsibility of what tools to use, how to make them better and to communicate the information he/she gets with relevant stakeholders (Business development/Tech/DBA).
The ideal candidate should have a costumer journey approach and should be used to report on the development of a variety of customer segments in order to ensure that the company is doing its best in terms of developing the customer life cycle to stakeholders.
The CRM Manager should ideally be fluent in one of the Nordic languages and familiar with operating in the Nordic territory.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Optimisation and follow-up of internal campaigns
  • Monitor critical KPIs for the business (for different markets) and taking relevant action when required
  • Shop
  • Refer-a-Friend
  • Mentor, support and lead the team and the Telesales team
  • Optimise
    • “Value segment” groups
    • Churn and reactivation of players
    • Communications with customers
    • Conversion on campaign landing pages
    • The automated player activation system
    • Bonus abuser exclusion logic
    • Customer surveys
  • Roadmap A/B testing tools
  • Communicating with internal teams (BI, Product, Country Managers, Design, Development to Customer Service)

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years + experience with campaign management and email marketing tools
  • Fluent in one of the Nordic languages
  • Familiar with operating in the Nordic territory
  • Highly numerate
  • Commercially aware
  • Customer-centric thinking
  • Team player
  • Great communication skills
  • Data driven
  • Interested in online gaming player journey (mainly casino and sportsbook)
