Company Introduction

Our client is a leading organisation in accounting, audit, tax, corporate services and business advisory

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage incoming Registrations;
  • Manage Payments for Registrations;
  • Organize and distribute conference supporting materials and needed;
  • Manage surveys for all events, including but not limited to;
  • Manage App set-up and maintenance during the events;
  • Assist with Presentation management as needed, including but not limited to.


  • At least two years administrative experience;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook at an expert level;
  • Events experience or event software experience would be considered an asset;
  • Previous experience working from home or in a virtual environment would be considered as a plus.

Personal Skills

  • Have demonstrate computer literacy skills;
  • Ability lo learn new programs quickly;
  • Have organisational, multitasking and planning skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Have attention to details and accuracy;
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team;
  • Be flexible;
  • Knowledge of collaborative work platforms such as Share Point, Office 365, OneDrive, Dropbox would be considered an asset.
