Job Description


Our client is a leading company in Financial Services. They are currently looking for a Compliance Clerk to join their team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate would have to perform business administration duties.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Performing administrative duties via telephone, correspondence and email
  • Maintaining the database
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Handling and managing ad-hoc projects when requested by the management
  • Sorting, scanning, distributing and filing
  • Supporting the compliance managers in the process of checking documents

 

The ideal candidate needs:

  • Native English level
  • Minimum A level of Education
  • At least one-year experience in administration
  • Excellent telephone communication skills and great administrative skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • To be computer literate
