Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for customer relationship management from initial stages
  • Responsible for timely and high standard response to, and follow up of business enquiries;
  • Client complaints handling;
  • Review and vetting of company Factsheets, information materials and website content, articles and presentations in all forms;
  • Production of written content;
  • Quality standards control of all publications and materials.

Experience

  • Have at least a year of experience in a similar role.

 Personal Skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English;
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken Maltese;
  • Have a smart and neat appearance;
  • Good presentation and communication skills;
  • Ability to grow into a leadership role within the organisation
