Job Description

Our client is seeking to recruit a Warranty Claims Handler. You will be working with a well renowned multinational company whose main vision is to support clients and ensure they receive the best possible service.

The chosen candidate will be mainly required to assist clients with regards to their claims concerning cars, portable devices, appliances among others.

You might also be required to chase clients and follow up decisions through email and telephone correspondence.


  • Similar experiences in a claims handling position will be considered an asset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English (Maltese is considered an asset)
