Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Business Administration Associate to form part of the Business Development & Corporate Services Division, for one of our clients.
What is expected of you?
  • Assist the Corporate Services team in the turnkey fund formation process, including but not limited to assisting clients to open and set up accounts and the maintenance of electronic data;
  • Coordinate and assist in business development initiatives;
  • Perform research and analysis related to business development;
  • General administrative duties, including but not limited to filing, report preparation and preparation of Board Meetings.
What are you expected to bring?
  • Diploma in financial services or a closely related field; or 6 ‘O’ levels and 1 ‘A’ level
  • Experience in the financial services;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. While being highly proficient in English;
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated and have a keen eye for attention to detail, while being a team player
