Job Description


Our client is looking for a Norwegian speaking Brand Operations Manager for one of their brands. The selected candidate will be responsible for running the day to day operational activities following the brand’s vision and strategy, set together with the Head of Brands/Brand Development Manager, generating growth towards previously set KPI’s.
Their brand offers traditional casino games, sportsbook and lotteries and the selected candidate will be involved in all steps from planning marketing campaigns to evaluating them and continuously work on improving them.


  • Supervise campaigns on activation, retention and reactivation of users (planning, execution and delivery) as well as the communication schedule to maximize brand revenues – this will involve all campaigns with targets which are mainly email, SMS, onsite, DMs, Telesales and mobile push.
  • Manage a team of executives.
  • Supervise and ensure that all campaigns and customer communications follow the brand guidelines.
  • Analyse the results (delivery, uptake and revenues) of campaigns while liaising with the BI team and proactively seeks to optimise and improve said results based on discoveries.
  • Regularly testing new offers and ideas for campaigns and suggest improvements with the help of the team of analysts.
  • Observe top customer performance and high potential customers.
  • Keep an attentive eye on player behaviour (activity, deposits, offer uptake, etc) to efficiently and quickly get numbers on target.
  • Supervise the running of any loyalty programmes.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Brands and Brand Development Manager concerning branding, TV commercials, external online media among others to ensure that acquisition and CRM activities are aligned (where applicable).
  • Work together with central operations (VIP, Payment, Customer Support) regarding customer activities in order to guarantee 360 degrees’ visibility.
  • Develop and establish solid communication channels with central operations to inform them about planned campaigns in order to ensure synergy.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team concerning software bugs, testing new features and requesting further improvements and developments.
  • Recruit and train, work on processes and procedures together with Brand Development.
  • Go to person of interest whenever campaigns issues occur.


  • Native or fluent in Norwegian with excellent English skills
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of casino, sportsbook, and/or lotto and CRM is mandatory
  • Efficient communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to tailor your dialogue and delivery to be understandable for a variety of audiences
  • Has an analytical mindset
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Experience of balancing multiple projects
  • Detail focused
  • Great understanding of a customer’s lifecycle
  • Knowledge about bonuses and being able to calculate bonus costs
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines for large, multi-phase projects
