Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Act as a reference point to the team and other members within the Servicing Department and another area by providing technical and moral support;
  • Assist and handle daily technicians and clients’ related matters and other issues which may arise by conducting regular checks on locations while technician is  on site for quality assurance purposes;
  • Follow up the office team that are inputting all necessary data and updating the system in an efficient and in a timely manner (filling all PM sheet and reports );
  • Highlight any specific customer requirements aiming to provide a professional and customised service to clients;
  • Suggest any changes for improvement in work flow procedures where necessary by coordinating efficiently in management and technical decisions;
  • Highlight priorities amongst project activities and make sure jobs are being closed efficiently;
  • Motivate and drive technicians to promote, up-sell and cross sell other systems and products;
  • Assist in customers’ complaints, issues and negative feedback always with the attempt to resolve problematic situations in the best way possible discussing with the team leader;
  • Compile reports as requested by the team leader;
  • Assist and be present when quality assurance measures are required to repairs (callouts) and maintenance (PPM’s) by reviewing maintenance checklists according to Company standards operating procedures (SOP);
  • Assist in Receive and record clients’ calls by logging data into the system and schedule jobs to servicing technicians accordingly;
  • Check monthly the stock  and provide a list to HOD at end of month;
  • Assist in Invoices all work orders and jobs done;
  • Assist in Quotes and necessary works/parts ;
  • Assist in any other duties as may be necessary from time to time;

Experience

  • Experience on systems, procedures and installed systems;
  • Must have technical Qualifications or Equivalent.

  • Planning, organisation and time management skills;
  • Must be flexible and adaptable, able to react quickly when facing any obstacles;
  • Ability to follow directions and Company strategy;
  • Strong sense of leadership and learning orientation;
  • Ability to define goals together with his team and assign the responsibility to team members in a clear manner;
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for both one-to-one and in groups;
  • Ability to take an initiative and act on what’s required;
  • Project management skills including flexibility and prioritisation of tasks;
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in both English and Maltese;
  • Strong proficiency with the Internet, Microsoft Office and multi-media/video tools and computer software related systems.
