The Client
Our client is a leader in the Financial Services sector with a large portfolio of local as well as international clientele. They are seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Malta.

Main Duties

  • Assistance with tax, legal, audit and technology operations
  • Record keeping, dealing with correspondence
  • General office duties as well as any other administrative tasks that may be required
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in an office environment in a similar role will be considered an asset
  • An energetic individual motivated by a challenging working environment
  • Be flexible and able to work independently, be an effective team player
  • Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and IT skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of organisation skills
