Administration and Sales Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an Administration and Sales Coordinator for our company on a full-time basis.

Day-to-day duties:

-Taking care of reception desk and front office duties including handling telephone, co-coordinating and inputting after sales calls
-Orders taking of Multivend Services Limited clients


-Proven experience in sales;
-experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative ——-positions will be considered a plus;
-Good computer skills (MS Office)
-Well-organised and responsible with an atitude in problem-solving
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-A team player with high level of dedication

Working Hours:

8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
